Returns and refunds.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we have not received communication from you 7 days after delivery, we will be unable to accept the return.

General wear and tear

Over time your cord may discolour or fray which is unavoidable due to contact with a variety of surfaces. This doesn't impact the integrity of the cord.

Although your clips are of a high quality, they may tarnish over time with use.

Metal, glitter or acrylic beads if thrown about may chip.

Refunds 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or process refunds if you change your mind, on sale items or general wear and tear.

If your item is damaged upon receipt or it is the incorrect item, please get in contact with us at hydeandseek@outlook.com.au within 7 days of delivery. 

We will asses the concern and liaise with you to replace the item or refund via the way the order was paid.
