If you'd like something specifically made for you, then this is the item for you! Whether it be one of our other products with some changes or something you want to create yourself, just select this option to generate your custom order. What do you need to do?

  1. Select this option and go through to the cart.

  2. If you are only purchasing this item, click on YOUR CART. If you don't click here and go straight to payment, you won't be able to add comments.

  3. In the "ADDITIONAL NOTES" section in your cart, make sure your email address is added and leave a note as to what and how many items. If you know what you're after, list the design, colours  etc

    Eg: lanyard purple colours, personalised keyring with name, retractable clips

  4. Complete your purchase. 
    There will be no charge at this point, we just need to generate your order.

  5. Once the purchase has been completed online, it has generated your order and you will receive and order number.

  6. I will contact your via email begin discussions or if you prefer, YOU can reach out via Instagram or Facebook DM to begin as soon as you have your order number. Sometimes people find socials easier than emails however I will only ever make first contact via email.

  7. From there, we will design your product, going back and forth with ideas and photos until you are happy.

  8. You will be provided with the cost, ETA for processing times and asked to confirm those details.

  9. Once the order has been confirmed, I will send an invoice or bank details for payment. Payment will need to be made before the order is made unless cash on delivery is agreed upon prior.

Things to note:

> Images on items are sample images.

> Remember to quote your name and order number when you message via socials.

> You can find our socials by clicking on the social links on this website or searching  on both Instagram and Facebook.

> If you elect to communicate via email, please check your junk folder for my replies. I will reply within the same or next business day after orders are placed.

> I will always endeavour to reply to you in a timely manner so I'd appreciate the same in return. It helps me manage times for other orders but also helps you get the best experience and your item as fast as possible.

> Current processing times are 2-3 business days once the final order is confirmed and payment received. If you have a large order or the Acrylic Tag keyring, these will take longer and you'll be advised.

> These processing times are subject to change and will also depend on your response times.



Our key rings are NOT a toy or a teether, they are not suitable for young children.


 Silicone beads are made from high quality, 100% food grade silicone.

They are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex.

Beads will not absorb odours or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria.

Wooden beads are made from natural beech wood.

Acrylic and aluminium beads may tarnish over time.

Cord is made from nylon or waxed polyester.

*Lanyards will come with a larger clip and bag tags and keyrings will usually come with a small clip.
Clip sizes are subject to change due to availability. No prior notice will be given. 


Processing Times

Ready to be shipped in 2 business days. Custom orders may take longer.

Items can be delivered for free in the Swan Hill area however if postage is required, please allow additional time for your item to reach you.

Timeframes of postage will vary depending on your location and any impacts that Australia Post may have.

Care Instructions

We know that we tend to throw out keys and bags about so of course your key ring or lanyard may get a little grubby. If so, just use a damp soft cloth to wipe over and it will come up a treat.

Do no submerge in water.

Your items will be posted within 2 business days of your order being made.

Actual postage times will vary depending on your location and any impacts that Australia Post may have.

As items are all made to order, unfortunately there are no returns unless the product is faulty. If you item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please get in contact with us via the contacts tab.
